Can you tell me what to do?

Because Michelle and Les Moore are not doctors, neither they nor Embrace Health, Inc. can provide medical advice. In addition, we are unable to diagnose a health condition or prescribe treatments. What we CAN do is provide knowledge, nutritional products and detailed options and other informational resources to significantly support your body’s ability to address stubborn health challenges while under the care of a medical professional. For example, we can provide you with details on how specific products are commonly used for the highest level of support. We can provide information about testing and diagnosis for medical conditions. We can also provide information about how Michelle Moore’s methods and programs are followed. However, it is your responsibility to choose whether or not to use a particular product or method or to follow a particular program based on thorough research and the guidance of a medical professional.

Will your products heal me?

Nutritional supplements such as probiotics are not meant to treat or “cure” any kind of disease or medical condition. The purpose of nutritional supplements is to support your body to heal itself. We have all been programmed by the media, drug companies and even our doctors to take a pill to fix our health problems. But for most difficult health challenges, this mainstream concept of taking pill X to “cure” disease Y is an incomplete and short term solution at best. It really does take a complete approach to address stubborn challenges – this is why Michelle Moore wrote her books. Rather than putting all your stock in a single supplement, it’s better to address the challenge on multiple fronts as detailed her books.

Should I stop taking my antibiotics?

Antibiotics are important drugs that are often helpful and are a valid treatment option. Neither Michelle, Les nor Embrace Health, Inc. condones that you stop taking a prescribed antibiotic drug unless directed to do so by a qualified medical professional. As with any drug, antibiotics have pros and cons and side effects. It’s ultimately your decision whether to use antibiotics or not. The key is to be under the care of a medical professional no matter what methods you choose to use.

I just emailed a question – when will I hear back?

We strive to answer questions as quickly and thoroughly as possible and to provide personalized and ongoing support to all of our customers. Because we are a very small company with limited resources, it may take 24 hours or more to get back to you. Because our regular hours are Monday through Friday, questions received late on Friday through Sunday may be answered on Monday. We appreciate your patience.

How long until I see positive results?

Our products are physician’s strength and professionally formulated. But our products are not a substitute or replacement for a complete program to address stubborn challenges. For best results, this program can include: immune system support, probiotics, diet changes, proper cleaning and hygiene, prevention measures, professionally prescribed treatments or remedies, and the guidance of a healthcare professional.
