Use
MegaSporeBiotic, MegaPre and MegaMucosa are are each started at different times. For the first month, only the MegaSporeBiotic is used. At month two, both MegaSporeBiotic and MegaPre are used together. And at the third month, all three products (MegaSporeBiotic, MegaPre and MegaMucosa) are used together. Follow the Gut Maintenance Guide mentioned above – it has all the details about how to use these three products. Below is a summary of how to use these products:
Month 1: MegaSporeBiotic Only.
NOTE: If you’re been taking 2 capsules of MegaSporeBiotic daily for a month or more, then you can skip to Month 2 below.
Take MegaSporeBiotic only in the following amounts:
– Week One: Take 1 capsule every other day, with a meal.
– Week Two: Take 1 capsule daily, with a meal.
– Week Three+: Take 2 capsules together daily with a meal and continue for the remainder of the month.
– Week One: Take 1 capsule every other day, with a meal.
– Week Two: Take 1 capsule daily, with a meal.
– Week Three+: Take 2 capsules together daily with a meal and continue for the remainder of the month.
Month 2: MegaSporeBiotic + MegaPre
Continue taking 2 caps MegaSporeBiotic together daily, with meals.
Add MegaPre in the following amounts:
– Week One: Take 3 capsules daily, with or without a meal.
– Week Two: Take 6 capsules daily, with or without a meal and continue for the remainder of the month.
– Week One: Take 3 capsules daily, with or without a meal.
– Week Two: Take 6 capsules daily, with or without a meal and continue for the remainder of the month.
Month 3: MegaSporeBiotic + MegaPre + MegaMucosa
Continue taking 2 capsules MegaSporeBiotic together daily, with meals.
Continue taking 6 capsules MegaPre daily, with or without a meal.
Add MegaMucosa in the following amounts:
– Week One: Take 3 capsules daily, with or without a meal.
– Week Two: Take 6 capsules daily, with or without a meal and continue for the remainder of the month.
– Week One: Take 3 capsules daily, with or without a meal.
– Week Two: Take 6 capsules daily, with or without a meal and continue for the remainder of the month.
Month 4+ (until all symptoms are gone)
Continue taking 2 caps MegaSporeBiotic together daily, with meals.
Continue taking 6 capsules MegaPre daily, with or without a meal.
Continue taking 6 capsules MegaMucosa daily, with or without a meal.
Maintenance Program (long-term ongoing support)
Continue taking all three products in Month 4+ above, but reduce MegaSporeBiotic to 2-3 times a week and MegaMucosa and MegaPre to once a week.

MegaPre contains milk. One or more ingredients are derived from lactose from bovine milk. Exercise caution if you have lactose intolerance or diary sensitivities.
MegaPre contains corn derived ingredients.
MegaMucosa is Bovine-based. Do not consume if you have a beef allergy.
Note: Most people tolerate all three of the Gut Maintenance Pack products well. But if you are especially sensitive to supplements or diet changes, then starting more slowly than usual may be helpful. If adverse symptoms occur, then reduce usage amount or stop taking the product until symptoms clear, then start again slowly, if well tolerated.

Does MegaSporeBiotic, MegaPre or MegaMucosa require refrigeration or shipping with cold packs?
No. these three products are naturally heat resistant. Hot temperatures during shipping will not affect these products.
How do I use these products as part of the Gut Maintenance Protocol (GMP)?

Can I use MegaSporeBiotic, MegaPre or MegaMucosa all together at the same time?
For best results, no. For the first month, only MegaSporeBiotic is used. For the second month, both MegaSporeBiotic and MegaPre Prebiotic are used together daily. Are MegaSporeBiotic, MegaPre and MegaMucosa OK to take with other supplements or medications?
Yes. MegaSporeBiotic, MegaPre and MegaMucosa can be taken at the same time as supplements or medications and we are aware of no specific medication problems or contraindications when using these products. If you have concerns about mixing specific supplements or drugs, consult with a holistic or natural doctor.
Are MegaSporeBiotic, MegaPre and MegaMucosa safe during pregnancy and while nursing?
The effects of taking MegaSporeBiotic, MegaPre and MegaMucosa during pregnancy or while nursing have not been studied specifically.
