The vitamin D in MegaQuinD3™ is sourced from lanolin from the shorn wool of sheep. The Vitamin D is microencapsulated for maximum shelf life, potency and bio-availability. Microencapsulation is superior to standard oil-based Vitamin D supplements and is even better than liposomal delivery. Using the innovative Capsudar® precision microencapsulation technology, fragile molecules like D3 are turned into a stable solids that are hardy and able to retain full potency during manufacture, shipping and while sitting on the shelf.
Get Tested to Monitor Your Levels: Having optimal Vitamin D levels is important to your health for a multitude of reasons. You should always get your Vitamin D levels tested regularly if you’re taking Vitamin D supplementation. The only way to know if the amount of Vitamin D you are taking is right for you is to get tested.
According to Dr. Mercola MD, optimal Vitamin D levels are 50-70 ng/ml.
