Use
RestorFlora is very potent. For first time users, we HIGHLY recommend starting with less than the suggested amount listed on the bottle. Start slowly to help avoid any GI discomfort. Take with food or right after a meal. This product is fine to take with other probiotics or supplements if you choose.
If you experience any discomfort by starting RestorFlora (abdominal cramping or loose stools due to changes in gut bacteria), temporarily decreasing the amount of the product should eliminate uncomfortable symptoms. Note: Taking the
Mega IgG2000 product helps mops up die-off toxins and will help reduce your symptoms. Download the Probiotic Restoration Guide above for complete details.
