Returns and Cancellations
We take our commitment to quality very seriously and only carry the very best products. Our family has personally tested every product we carry in our store. We want you to love every purchase you make from us. But, if you find you are not happy with a product for any reason, review our returns and cancellation policies below to determine if you’re eligible for a return.
Return Eligibility
You may return UNOPENED products purchased from us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping fees may be deducted from your refund total. We cannot accept any opened products. Not following our return policies may result in a delay of your refund.
Damaged Items
If your package or product was damaged during shipment do not open the box. Save the original box and contents and contact us immediately. We’ll make every effort to resolve the issue at once.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your package contains missing or incorrect items, then contact us immediately. We’ll make every effort to resolve the issue at once.
Biocidin Botanicals Returns
Refund requests must be submitted to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Refer to the Biocidin Botanicals section below for full details
Microbiome Labs Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Refer to the Microbiome Labs section below for full details.
Contact Us First
Before returning items, contact us to request a pre-authorization. Using a shipping method that includes tracking is required.
Ship Returns to the Correct Address
Returns MUST be shipped to the correct address to apply for a full refund. See the correct addresses below. If you are returning products from both Microbiome Labs and from Biocidin Botanicals, then two return packages with different shipping addresses will be required, as detailed below.
Shipping Costs for Returns
We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (such as if you received an incorrect item). If there was no error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns that are lost in the mail without tracking information may not be refunded.
Processing Your Refund
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 – 3 weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. It often takes several days for our shipper to receive returned items. It can take a few more days for us to verify the return and issue the refund. After we issue the refund, your bank can take several days to credit your payment method.
Refunds are processed by Embrace Health, Inc., NOT Biocidin Botanicals or Microbiome Labs. All questions and communications about refunds must be directed to Embrace Health, Inc. via email or phone.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, call us and email us as soon as possible – our phone number is on our contact form. We will make every attempt to stop your order before it ships. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return (or refuse) the package. Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return.
Ship Forwarding
The use of a ship forwarding service or reshipping company is discouraged and will void our returns policy upon delivery at the reshipping company. We’ve had problems with lost packages and packages being seized or confiscated by customs when shipping overseas or when using reshipping services or ship forwarding companies.
Orders shipping to a ship forwarding company or service will be placed on hold and we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email. We can either cancel and refund your order or ship your order after you agree to waive the right to invoke our returns and lost package policies upon delivery at the reshipping company.

Returns for Biocidin Botanicals Products
Includes: Olivirex, Biocidin, G.I. Detox+, Proflora 4R, Dentalcidin and bundled kits.
New, Unopened Products Only
Refunds will only be accepted for new, unopened items.
30 Day Limit
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the items to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Reason for Return
A reason for the refund request must be provided to be eligible for a refund.
