Returns and Cancellations
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. We stand by our products and our family has personally tested every product we carry. We want you to love every purchase you make from us. But, if you decide you don’t want an unopened product, simply return it to us within 30 days. See below for the details.
Return Policy
We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus original shipping fees. We cannot accept returns for opened or partially used products. If you contact us after 30 days from purchase, refund or replacement is at our discretion. See additional policies below for incorrect, damaged or missing products.
Return Instructions:
– You must contact us first for instructions regarding your return as our return address may have recently changed.
– Unless your product is defective, you are responsible for: Return shipping fees, package liability and package tracking.
– Package items securely. Products must be received unopened and in new condition. We are not responsible for shipping damage to returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week of receipt of return or less. We will send you an email to notify you of receipt of your return and associated credit.
Defective or Missing Items
Defective Items:
If there is anything wrong with your product, we’ll either replace it free of charge or we’ll refund you. We may require you to return your item for inspection or we may request that you take a photo of the damaged item and packaging in order to receive your replacement. Please contact us immediately so we can help facilitate a replacement.
Missing Items:
If an item is missing from your package, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Incorrect Items:
In the event we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly take the item back and either process a refund or help you with an exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right.
Return Shipping
To return your product please contact us first for our most current instructions as our return address may have recently changed. We’re not responsible for incorrectly addressed packages.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, call us and email us as soon as possible (our phone number is on our contact form). We will make every attempt to stop your order before it ships.
However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return (or refuse) the package. Any order that is cancelled after it leaves our facility will be considered a return.
Ship Forwarding
The use of a ship forwarding service or reshipping company is discouraged and will void our returns policy upon delivery at the reshipping company. We’ve had problems with lost packages and packages being seized or confiscated by customs when shipping overseas or when using reshipping services or ship forwarding companies.
Orders shipping to a ship forwarding company or service will be placed on hold and we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email. We can either cancel and refund your order or ship your order after you agree to waive the right to invoke our returns and lost package policies upon delivery at the reshipping company.
